Just three miles from downtown Austin and five miles from Bergstrom International Airport, the Woodward Suites is an ideal location for both business and leisure travelers.

The Woodward is at the direct northeast corner of Interstate 35 and Woodward Street, which is Exit 231. Immediately across Woodward Street is the large federal government complex. Woodward Street is one intersection north of the intersection of Texas 71, U.S. 290 West, and Interstate 35. Woodward Street itself runs as a triangle between the Interstate and Texas 71.

Situated against the backdrop of the scenic Texas Hill Country, the Woodward offers easy access to the city's high-energy arts, music, entertainment, shopping, and business districts. We are located minutes away from many of Austin's favorite attractions: the Convention Center, Town Lake, Sixth Street, the Warehouse District, Texas State Capitol, Austin City Limits Soundstage and the University of Texas at Austin.

Our complimentary airport shuttle (by reservation), easy access to Interstate 35 and Texas 71, and free surface parking take the hassle out of your arrival.

FROM THE AUSTIN AIRPORT:

Exit the airport onto Texas 71 westbound, continue on Texas 71 westbound past the exit to U.S. 183 3.7 miles to Woodward St., on your right. Woodward is the light immediately before the large series of fly-overs marking the Texas 71 and Interste 35 intersection.  Turn right on Woodward 0.4 of a mile, then turn right into hotel. Check-in at porte-cochere.

FROM DOWNTOWN AUSTIN:

Interstate 35 southbound to the Woodward exit, Exit 231. Left at the light across bridge to hotel complex immediately to your front left. There are entrances on both the northbound frontage road and Woodward Street.

FROM CAPITAL OF TEXAS HIGHWAY, MOPAC, OAK HILL, AND POINTS WEST:

Loop 1 (MoPac), Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) and U.S. 290 West all converge into Texas Highway 71. Take 71 eastbound, through the underpass with Interstate 35 above, the next exit is Woodward. Exit Woodward, turn left at light on Woodward bridge over Texas 71, proceed 0.4 mile, hotel complex is on your right, just before the Interstate 35 frontage road.

FROM SAN ANTONIO AND OTHER POINTS SOUTH:

Take Exit 230, the Ben White (Texas 71) exit.  Remain on frontage road following signs for Woodward Street and St. Edwards University. Proceed through the large interchange of Interstate 35 and Texas 71 to the next light which is Woodward. The hotel complex is in front of you.  You can proceed through the Woodward light and then immediately turn right into the hotel.
